Calvetta Brothers Floor Show at 29580 Center Ridge Road, Westlake, Ohio.

I asked if someone could come to my house and bring me some samples of flooring that I had discuss on the phone. A girl from Calvetta Bros, did schedule an appointment and came to our house with no samples, walked through and measured all my rooms, which I want to carpet and put hardwood floors in. she hardly spoKe to me or and was not very engaging. She looked unhappy and was not very personable. As she left she said to me, "if you don't hear from me call me I will have the estimate to email you." Well we, waited a week and finally got an email with an outrageous quote. Never seeing any samples, and no one ever followed up to assist me. Needless to say they dropped the ball. No follow up , didn't even show me anything as promised on the phone .What where these prices based on? We now, found a better source of consultation and flooring, thanks for nothing Calvetta Brothers. I guess you just have to pay for those expensive commercials, and have no time for your customers. the person you sent me, did not help us at all.
